Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before ordering.1. General Terms & Eligibility
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.
• Please be respectful and clear when communicating.
• Communication will happen via Telegram, X, or Instagram.
• You must be 18+ to commission me. No exceptions.2. Allowed & Prohibited ContentI will draw:
• SFW / NSFW
• Furry and anthro characters
• Characters of any sex and gender
• Most fetishes (feel free to ask if unsure)
• Artistic freedomI won't draw:
• Underage / minor characters under ANY circumstances
• Extreme gore, hate content, or illegal themes
• Specific fetishes outside my comfort range (feel free to ask beforehand)3. Commission Process & Workflow
1. You send your idea and references.
2. We discuss details and agree on the final price.
3. Payment is made (See Section 6).
4. I start working and send WIPs (usually at the sketch stage).
5. The final artwork is delivered after approval.4. Turnaround Time
• Turnaround time is usually between 1 to 8 weeks, depending on queue position, complexity, and personal workload.
• Delays may occur due to queue size or personal reasons. You will be notified in case of any delays.5. Queue & Work Pace
• I accept a limited number of commissions per batch; this number varies depending on availability.
• Occasionally, I may open waitlist/queue slots for projects that will start once current commissions are completed.
• I usually focus on one piece at a time from start to finish, though I may work on sketches for other commissions in parallel to provide early updates.
• You are always welcome to politely ask for status updates at any time!6. Payment & Pricing
• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal or Wise.
• You may choose to pay either 100% upfront or 50% upfront / 50% upon completion (before the final high-resolution file is sent).
• Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.7. Revisions & Changes
• You are free to request changes and adjustments during the sketch stage.
• Minor edits (e.g., small color adjustments, markings) are allowed after the sketch stage.
• Major changes (e.g., redrawing poses, outfits, or anatomy) are not permitted once lineart has started, but can be discussed and may incur an extra fee.
• No revisions are allowed after the final artwork is delivered, unless previously agreed upon.8. Usage Rights & Copyright
Your Rights:
• Personal use only (icons, banners, posting on socials).
• Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and paid for separately.My Rights:
• I keep full copyright of the artwork.
• I can post the artwork on my socials/portfolio unless you request privacy before payment.9. Refunds & Cancellations Policy
• If I cancel the commission before starting: you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after work has started: the upfront 50% payment is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued after the sketch has been approved.10. Credit & Attribution
• You may not under any circumstances remove my watermark.
• You need to give me credit when you post my piece on any social network.
